Whether you are travelling through your first pregnancy or adding to your family, the journey of childbirth can be an emotionally impactive one. Taking time for yourself to reflect, relax and learn a bit more about your journey can be positive not only for your own mental health but also for the family dynamics of your home life. These classes teach gentle yoga-based movements, along with breathing and relaxation techniques, to help you be informed, confident and empowered on your special day.
